Yahki is Master Herbalist, Holistic Teacher, Crystal Healer, Detoxification Specialist, Reiki Healer, (self taught) BioChemist, Motivational Speaker and last but not least a Community activist. He is best known for his extensive knowledge in herbology, captivating podcast, lectures, seminars and ability to use diet and Geo-genetic Therapy to reverse an innumerable amount of so called irreversible diseases. His main goal is to promote unity, love, peace, self-awareness, to all but especially to Africans Globally.
Yahki also known as Alexander Hickman was born on July 11, 1988 in Alton, Illinois. He had very humble beginnings being raised by his maternal grandmother in a house with 17 family members including aunts, uncles, cousins, and his siblings. In 1994 Yahki moved to St. Louis with his mother and siblings in hope of accessing better opportunities and a more safe environment.
As a child Yahki took a special interest in science, music , math, and astrology. He would spend hours gazing into the heavens with his collection of telescopes. Although he was very intelligent over all he especially excelled in science and mathematics. During Yahki’s adolescent years his interest shifted from music, science, and math to gang affiliation and street life. His new found interest in street life made it very hard to be successful in school. He walked a rocky path from his adolescent years up into his incarceration in 2009.
During his incarceration his mother gave him a preacher’s bible. The more Yahki studied and understood teachings of the bible he realized how morally deficient his way of thinking and living was. This was his first awakening. He was released at the end 2009. After his release he went full throttle with his music career. He began a promising music career eventually having affiliations with G Unit Records, & DefJam. His debut album “Rebirth” gained notoriety locally as well in the South. He also participated in a Coast to Coast Mixtape, collaborated with Jim Stone, and J Tec. His single “Melanin” was featured in the instrumental version on a Netflix Series called Insatiable. As his music career and success elevated and his health began to deteriorate due to unhealthy eating habits and recreational drug use. Yahki suffered from diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
Yahki has been inspired by many greats such as Dr. Sebi, Dr. Afrika, Elder Moreh Shaleem, Dr. Ben Clark, Dr. Amos N. Wilson and a host of others. In 2016 Yahki started his Herbal Company “Yahki Awakened LLC. Yahki Awakened LLC has had major success in healing thousands of people all over the world. Yahki Awakened LLC started as a small basement operation but is now a multimillion dollar business. Yahki Awakened LLC has become an umbrella corporation to Eye of Lotus Research Institute, Eye of Lotus Botanicals, Risen Black Messiah Coalition, Yahki Detoxification Home, and Go Organics. He currently holds a Master Herbalist Certification from Heart of Herbs, a Detoxification Specialist Certificate from the International School of Regenerative Detoxification, and Certificate of Attunement to Reiki “Usui System” from the Center for Transformation.
After having a minor heart attack Yahki was in search of a better way. He was divinely led to some Dr. Sebi youtube videos. Through Dr. Sebi he discovered any disease can be reversed given the proper environment, diet, and mindset. Yahki then began deep research into every aspect of holistic healing.
Yahki started his journey into being a master herbalist by first healing himself. After healing himself from diabetes, obesity, and heart disease he began healing close family and friends. Although he was deeply immersed into natural healing modalities his music career was still on the rise as he toured and performed regularly. His close experience with the daily struggles of life ignited a passion within Yahki to pursue the spiritual and mystical practices.
As deeply as he was connected to music he spent just as much time teaching spiritual lessons of the bible. It started with teaching himself the Hebrew aleph bet in 48 hours. From that point on he was spiritually quickened with deep mystical scientific knowledge of the scriptures. Yahki used his unique skill of merging biblical and ancient mystical principles into a scientific perspective to educate many. He along with other brothers of the faith taught weekly spiritual lessons to a congregation in st louis and world wide via youtube.
